I painted this outside during Ste. Genevieve's Annual Autumn Daze Plein Air event. The one thing that attracted me to Ste. Genevieve was its beautiful rock bluffs, cedar trees, native short leaf pine trees and its rolling hills. Not to mention its intriguing wildlife: a variety of lizards, box turtles, Marmots and many colorful birds to name a few.
